Modify Filter Operators

Currently if I filter by tagged vessels, but then want to add a selected vessel to the filter set and the selected vessel is out side of the tagged vessels, it does not show.

Ideally I would like to set filter operators between filter groups such as AND and OR. This would enable me to filter by Tags OR Selected Vessels.
